Founded by Alex Crouch, a lifelong carpenter with a passion for fine woodwork, the company has grown into a true family operation—one where skill, integrity, and tradition are passed from one generation to the next. What began as Alex’s personal craft has become the foundation of a business built on quality, trust, and a deep respect for the art of building.

Working alongside Alex are his sons—Myles, Isaac, Jonah, and Senecah—each bringing their own strengths, energy, and precision to the craft. Together, they form a cohesive team with decades of combined experience in custom built-ins, finish carpentry, custom furniture, and full general-contracting projects. Their shared approach is simple: create work that is as refined as it is durable, and ensure every client feels the care and attention behind each detail.

And even beyond the core crew, craftsmanship truly runs in the family. Alex’s youngest—and only daughter—Tosawi, can often be found lending a hand, learning the trade, and keeping the family spirit alive in the workshop.
